USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws when using the Game.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share (“User Content”).
Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
Engage in any illegal conduct or encourage any illegal activity.
Upload or distribute any material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Violate the rights of others, including but not limited to rights of privacy and intellectual property rights.
Use the Game to transmit unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (“spam”), or any form of solicitation.
User Generated Content
Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for any User Content (voice, text, images, team customizations, etc.) you create or share. Run Games LLC disclaims all liability related to User Content and reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable.
Reporting Misconduct: You agree to report any misconduct, harassment, or illegal activity you encounter in the Game to Run Games LLC via our in-game reporting system or through other designated channels.
Moderation and Enforcement: Run Games LLC reserves the right to monitor, moderate, or remove User Content at its discretion and to suspend or ban users who violate this Agreement.
Account Suspension or Termination
Run Games LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Game for any violation of this Agreement or if we believe your conduct is harmful to other users, the community, or the Game itself.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to any in-game content or benefits without notice or compensation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AS IS: The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Run Games LLC. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Game’s performance, availability, or reliability.
No Liability for User Content: Run Games LLC is not responsible for any User Content posted in the Game, and you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Limitation of Liability
Run Games LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game or User Content.
This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Updates and Changes
Run Games LLC may modify or update this Agreement at any time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice (e.g. via an in-game message or website posting). Your continued use of the Game after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
